SX111 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

Welcome to SX111. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and SX111 ("the Company," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the sx111.app platform, including all associated services such as sports betting, poker, virtual sports and any promotional offers.

SX111 is a properly licenced online gaming and sports betting platform. By creating an account, depositing funds or placing a bet on SX111, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you should close your account and not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all Pakistani players and users accessing sx111 through any device — desktop, mobile browser or the SX111 mobile application. Where the Terms reference PKR, this refers exclusively to Pakistani Rupees, which is the official currency of all transactions on the SX111 platform.

To register and maintain an active account at SX111, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. SX111 operates a strict 18+ policy and will request CNIC or other identity documentation to verify your age before activating full withdrawal access.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting is lawful and permitted under your applicable local laws at the time of placing any bet.
• You must be registering on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of another person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one SX111 account.
• You must not be a current employee, director or contractor of SX111, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must provide truthful, accurate and complete information when creating your SX111 account. Providing false details — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

SX111 reserves the right to perform identity and age verification at any point. During any verification period, SX111 may suspend withdrawal access until the process is completed satisfactorily.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one SX111 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances and bonus funds.

When you register with SX111, you are required to provide your full name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number and a secure password. Your CNIC number will be required to complete identity verification before withdrawals are enabled. SX111 will not share your CNIC details with third parties outside of our identity verification and regulatory compliance obligations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your SX111 account password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone — including family members. Any activity that takes place on your account while you are logged in is your responsibility, whether you personally authorised it or not. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact SX111 support immediately via live chat or email.

SX111 recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. This adds a second layer of protection and reduces the risk of unauthorised access. The 2FA option is available in your account security settings at no additional cost.

All transactions on SX111 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). SX111 accepts deposits through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500.

Deposits are processed immediately and credited to your SX111 PKR wallet in real time. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 15 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number for assistance.

Withdrawals require a fully verified account. Verification involves confirming your CNIC identity, which is a one-time process. Once verified, withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash typically process within 2 to 10 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 1 to 3 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

• All withdrawal requests must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — the same name as your SX111 account.
• SX111 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where there are indicators of unusual account activity.
• Withdrawal fees, if any, will be clearly communicated in the withdrawal interface before you confirm the request.
• Funds deposited via bonus or promotional credits may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 6 for details.

SX111 does not accept third-party payments. You may only deposit using payment accounts and methods registered in your own name. Attempting to fund your SX111 account using someone else's payment details is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

All bets placed on SX111 are subject to our general betting rules and any sport-specific supplementary rules published on the platform. The minimum stake per bet is Rs 100. Maximum stakes vary by event, market and player tier — the applicable maximum will be displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.

A bet is only confirmed and binding once SX111 has issued a confirmed bet reference number. Until that confirmation is received, the bet is not accepted. In the event of a system error during the bet placement process, SX111 reserves the right to void the incomplete transaction. Any funds deducted will be returned to your account balance.

SX111 reserves the right to restrict, limit or decline any bet at our discretion, including restricting the maximum stake available to individual accounts based on their betting history. This is a standard industry practice and does not constitute a breach of our obligations to you.

In-Play Betting: In-play markets are live and prices change rapidly with match events. Once an in-play bet is submitted and confirmed, it is binding regardless of subsequent match developments. SX111 may suspend in-play markets during goal celebrations, key incidents or other events — any bets submitted during a suspended period will be returned to your account.

Postponed and Cancelled Events: If a scheduled event is postponed before it begins, all bets will be voided and stakes returned. If an event is suspended or abandoned mid-way through and cannot be completed, settlement will be based on SX111's specific rules for that sport, which are available in our Sports Rules section.

SX111 offers a range of promotional bonuses to Pakistani players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free bets, accumulator boosts and poker rakeback. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is active. These general Terms also apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new players on their first deposit. Minimum qualifying deposit and applicable wagering requirements are specified in the current welcome offer terms. The bonus and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the stated wagering requirement before a withdrawal can be made.
• Wagering Requirements: A wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount — or bonus plus deposit amount — a specified number of times before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. For example, a 5x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 5,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus clears.
• Minimum Odds: Where stated, wagering towards a bonus requirement must be placed on bets at minimum odds of 1.50 unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and any associated requirements that are not met within the stated period will be removed from your account automatically.
• Abuse Prevention: SX111 monitors for patterns that suggest bonus abuse — including systematic low-risk betting to clear wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering strategies. Any account found to be abusing the promotional system will have bonus funds removed and may be subject to account closure.

SX111 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time. Where this affects active bonus balances already credited to a player's account, we will communicate the change and provide reasonable time to complete any stated wagering requirement.

SX111 is committed to responsible gaming. Betting is entertainment — it should never put financial pressure on you or your family. We provide a full set of responsible gaming tools within the SX111 account dashboard to help players manage their activity.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately — a cooling-off period applies to any request to raise an existing limit.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you are willing to lose within a given time period. Loss limit requests take effect immediately.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration. You will be reminded when your limit is approaching and logged out when it is reached.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a break from betting for a defined period — 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a cool-off, your account is suspended for betting activity but withdrawals of any real-money balance remain accessible.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent exclusion from the SX111 platform. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the stated period and applies across all SX111 products including sports betting, poker and virtual sports.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the SX111 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in account suspension, permanent closure and potential legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any alias or third-party identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technical tool to interact with the SX111 platform in a manner not available to ordinary players.
• Exploiting errors, bugs or technical faults in the platform to place bets or obtain outcomes that would not otherwise be available — commonly known as "gnoming," "arbitrage abuse" or "exploit betting."
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of poker games or any other multi-player product.
• Using SX111's payment infrastructure to launder money or conduct any form of financial fraud. All suspicious transactions are reported to relevant authorities in line with anti-money laundering regulations.
• Providing false, fraudulent or forged identity documentation during the account verification process.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing SX111 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access the SX111 platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited, using a VPN or other circumvention tool to mask your actual location.

All content on the SX111 platform — including the brand name, logo, website design, software, odds data, promotional materials, written content and graphics — is the exclusive property of SX111 or its licenced content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the SX111 platform for personal betting and gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, sell, modify or commercially exploit any part of the SX111 platform without explicit written permission from SX111 management.

The SX111 brand name, the sx111.app domain and associated trademarks may not be used in any form — including in domain names, social media handles or marketing materials — without prior authorisation. Unauthorised use of SX111 trademarks will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

SX111 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

The personal data SX111 collects includes: your name, CNIC number, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, payment method details, betting history and technical data such as IP address and device information. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, conduct age and identity verification, prevent fraud and comply with our regulatory obligations.

SX111 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Anonymised, aggregated data may be used for internal analysis and platform improvement. SX111 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we invest significantly in maintaining platform reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical incidents and events outside our reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SX111 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: losses arising from betting decisions, delays in deposit or withdrawal processing due to third-party payment providers, or loss of data resulting from platform incidents.

SX111's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in that player's SX111 account at the time of the incident. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is claimed.

You may close your SX111 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, provided all identity verification requirements have been met. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

SX111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete satisfactory identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or collusion.
• Regulatory instruction requiring SX111 to close the account.
• Extended periods of account inactivity — SX111 will provide advance notice before closing an inactive account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, any balance consisting of bonus funds, winnings generated from bonus funds or winnings arising from prohibited conduct may be forfeited. SX111 will communicate the reason for account closure and the treatment of the balance in writing.

SX111 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our products, applicable regulations or industry standards. When material changes are made, SX111 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 14 days before the updated Terms take effect.

Continued use of the SX111 platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to discuss your account closure and balance withdrawal options.
